United Pentecostal Church, Mendota, IL

Rev. Yeakel has been a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International since 1977.  He has served as an evangelist, youth minister in Pontotoc, Mississippi, and has pastored several churches in Illinois - Auburn, Rochelle, and Oak Valley (Ramsey).  Rev. & Mrs. Charles Yeakel have served as pastor of the Mendota church since January 2004.  They also served 11 years previously as assistant pastor and co-pastor in Mendota. 

Rev. Tim & Polly Koonce have served our church since September 2021 as assistant pastor.  They also have twelve years of previous pastoral experience plus six years as caretaker of the Illinois District UPCI Campground as well as running their own businesses for several years. They are a great blessing to our assembly!

Randy and Pat have been a part of our congregation since January of 2008.  Randy, who is a licensed UPCI minister, serves as an Adult Class teacher and, along with his wife, serves as Senior Saints Director.  Pat also is the Head Hostess.  They have been a great blessing to our church!
